A $95 Installation Fee applies to all new Installations, except for the 7Mbps ($55.00 Install). A $55 Installation Fee applies to Internet reconnections and/or changes of address. Any offers and specific plans available where technology permits. Use of Auracom services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.  All prepaid plans are paid in full up front and are non-refundable after the first 30 days from the install date.  If a prepaid plan is cancelled within the first 30 days, a prorated charge at the current month to month rates will be deducted from any refund approved.

For DSL services only: Dry Loop access fee may apply if no traditional telephone line is present to bring the DSL signal to your service address. Fees range from $8.250 to 34.00 depending on the rate band.
