ADSL2+ or VDSL modem required and can be purchased or rented; fees vary based on modem selection and include Shipping.  Modems may be purchased for $65.00 (plus HST) or leased for $4.00/mth (plus HST).  Customers may use their own modem, however Auracom is not responsible for supporting the modem.  Refurbished equipment is based on availability. A $50 Installation Fee applies to all new Installations, except for the 6Mbps ($0.00 Install). A $50 Installation Fee applies to Internet reconnections and/or changes of address. Any offers and specific plans available where technology permits. Use of Auracom services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.  All prepaid plans are paid in full up front and are non-refundable after the first 30 days from the install date.  If a prepaid plan is cancelled within the first 30 days, a prorated charge at the current month to month rates will be deducted from any refund approved.

For DSL services only: Dry Loop access fee may apply if no traditional telephone line is present to bring the DSL signal to your service address. Fees range from $5.00 to 14.25 depending on the rate band.
